The Young Business Leader of the Year Award honours an inspiring business and community leader between the ages of 19 and 39 (as of September 1, 2025) who is making a meaningful impact within their organization and the broader community. Whether they founded the business or are part of its leadership team, this individual is recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and leadership. They demonstrate a clear vision for contributing to their community's growth and prosperity, and they are helping shape the future of business.

Requirements

• The nominee must be between the ages of 19 and 39 as of September 1, 2025 (age verification will be required).
• The nominee must have held a leadership role for a minimum of two years as of September 1, 2025.
• Leadership experience may span multiple roles, businesses, or sectors.
• The nominee is not required to be the business owner, nor must they currently be employed at the same organization where their leadership impact took place.
• Self-nominations will not be accepted. Nominations must be submitted by a mentor, peer, or community leader.
